We had Mountainview Chem-Dry come out to clean our carpet in the family room and two cushions our granddaughter threw up on. We have used three other professional carpet cleaners in the area previously. The first one was okay. The other two were very disappointing and not acceptable at all. I guess the fourth time is a charm. You cannot tell anything ever happened to the couch cushions, and the family room carpet has never looked this good except when it was brand new. Tom was amazing and so helpful. We have found our new business to use for our carpets and highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed! Thank you Mountainview Chem-Dry!

I called Mountain View Chem Dry based on the reviews i read and recommendations posted on Next Door. The carpets were old and stained and I didn't have much hope. I don't think Chandler did either when he saw them. We were both surprised how good they looked after. He gave me my options and prices up front and went over what he would do. I would highly recommend Chem Dry and Chandler!

They did as good a job as possible getting the stain out of my rug. I knew there was a good chance they wouldn't come completely out, but they are definitely lighter. My only complaint was that I had to call twice to see why it took so long to get it back to me. I wasn't in a hurry for it, but I was beginning to be concerned. When it was delivered, they were very apologetic and told me they had been busy over the holidays.

Shawn was our technician and had to deal with some bad stains and pet stains and odors. He was very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job. We were very pleased with his attention to detail. They are awesome! We needed them for a real estate listing that had pet stains. They were great with communicating, arrived on time, protected the hardwoods leading to the carpeted areas, and gave a consultation about the stain treatment options after assessing them with tools before starting. After the work was done the carpet looked BRAND NEW. They were so professional and the quality lives up to the reviews, which is why we went with them. I highly recommend!

All four pieces look very refreshed and nearly new again. I am very pleased with the results and our technician, who was very pleasant!

We have used Chem-Dry for the past few years for our carpets and we recently used them for their grout cleaning service as well. The attention to detail in our foyers and bathrooms were top notch and I love the way our house looks when they are finished. The representatives are always professional, thorough and on time, and we never finish a cleaning without buying a few bottles of their spot cleaner (that stuff has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion.)
