I just got my carpet cleaned and now it looks really clean and dry. Very professional got everything checked out before cleaning and after cleaning had explained about what we have to watch out for about the carpet and had given us a solution that would removes spots right after we get something on it.

Used Chem Dry for first time today to clean carpets and upholstery. Tony was fantastic by explaining the process, provided such courteous and professional service and was very friendly. The carpet and couch look great. So pleased that I added the deodorizer as the house smells so fresh. Thank you Tony for doing such a great job! Highly recommend Chem Dry!

The gentleman did an outstanding job. Very polite, very efficient, did a great job cleaning the carpets. I would recommend Chem-Dry to everyone. Services General carpet cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal.

I had a new recliner given to me and it had cigarette smoke so I looked for a 5 Star cleaner and they came and was Outstanding explaining why and what they were doing and plan on them coming back and doing my rug. I also will ask for the same technician Joe! Excellent!

Very professional and the results look amazing. CJ was exactly on time and took only an hour to do all six areas. Great value for the service given, would absolutely recommend.

Very professional, knowledgeable and discussed our carpet needs. The rugs look fantastic. He was very sure to make sure we were satisfied with the job he had done. I am definitely have my rugs done again and I hope our person is our tech. I just feel bad I can't remember his name right this minute. He's an employee you want working for you!

Arrived on time. Walked me through what he would do, pointed out areas of my carpet that might be stained. Completed cleaning of 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a flight of 13 stairs in about an hour and a half. I would recommend Welch Chem-dry for carpet cleaning!

I had Chem-Dry clean two carpeted rooms, an area rug, and multiple pieces of upholstered furniture. Tony and Roy did a great job and everything looks like new. They were very professional, explained what they were doing, and quickly performed their work. I recommend them,

We cannot say enough good things about this service. The technician was professional and paid attention to every detail. We are super happy with how the carpets turned out. Highly, highly recommend.

Chem-dry came out to clean a couple of trouble spots on my carpet. They did a wonderful job-- my carpet looks like new! They also cleaned two area rugs for us and we are 100% satisfied with the results. The technicians were very courteous and professional. Could not be happier with Chem-dry!

Ashley was promp, professional and did an excellent cellent job cleaning our carpets and very dirty stairs. They all look amazing! So glad to have found Chem dry that services my area. See you next year! Thank you!

Brendan reviewed the areas to be cleaned for size and price adjustments to the quote for our whole house carpet cleaning and we opted for adding carpet protectant to select high traffic areas plus some spot treatment for pet accidents. Our 40+ year old Karistan carpets look like new. Also added 2 area rugs in the kitchen. Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend!

Great thorough service. I was grateful and a bit horrified when the black light was used to show where my do had peed on the rugs and moldings. Grateful to have an area rug sent off for a thorough cleaning as well. Services Carpet steam cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal, Area rug cleaning.

We just purchased a 23 year old RV and wanted to have a professional cleaning performed due to easily visible stains, carpet coloring, ground in dirt, stains and upholstery cleaning as well. I cannot say enough for the work Brendan performed. He really did an excellent job. The difference between before and after was amazing. The previous musty odor is now gone and he completed by applying a protectant so hopefully this help in maintaining all aspects.

The only problem is now that everything is clean and looking so good we do not want to walk or sit down. All kidding aside. There is a cost associated however I am certain that if you see what he did verses what there was that there is no way I would have come close to accomplishing what he did and most certainly not at the quality. For us combined with the time saved and the awesome results this simply was worth it.

If I had pics I would send them but the email did not include the pics. I mean it when I say it comparing before and after pictures is worth a thousand words. Thanks again Brendan. Now we can travel this summer and enjoy.

Great experience. Very thorough. Explained everything very clearly. Very efficient. Services Area rug cleaning.

I am extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning I had done from Chem-Dry. Zach was AMAZING! He was so polite, nice and very genuine. I had a terrible area of carpet that my cat used as a litterbox. Zach cleaned it up beautifully and it smelled so fresh and clean! He was done so quickly, too. He really went the extra mile! I was very impressed with his work! I highly recommend this company and especially my cleaner, Zach. I can't thank you enough!

Zack was a very nice young man, a complement to the business. Very professional but down to earth, and he did an exceptional job! Services Area rug cleaning.

Very pleased with the results of the cleaning. We have a dog that loves to mark in a certain room of the house. The spots all came out and the room smells and looks so clean! Also the dog is no longer allowed in the room! The team did a great job. We are very pleased. Services General carpet cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal.

I had Welch Chem-Dry clean my carpets in November 2014. They came out fabulous. I have light tan carpet throughout the house which is difficult to keep clean. After they came through, the carpets looked like they were brand new! I am looking forward to having them clean them again this year. It's long overdue but I know I can trust the results.
