Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) process uses carbonation to lift dirt and allergens from carpet fibers, providing a deeper clean with 80% less water than steam cleaning. This method reduces drying time to hours instead of days, minimizing mold risk while preserving carpet longevity. Independent testing confirms our process reduces non-living allergens like pet dander and dust mites by up to 89%, creating healthier indoor environments for families and pets.
Pet Urine Removal
The P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets odor-causing crystals at the molecular level using specialized solutions applied after HCE cleaning. Our technicians use UV light to detect hidden stains, then apply treatments that penetrate deep into padding and subfloors. This process permanently destroys urine odors rather than masking them, preventing re-soiling by pets. The treatment works on carpets, rugs, and upholstery, restoring freshness without harsh chemicals or lingering residues.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Our low-moisture wood floor cleaning system uses counter-rotating brushes and pH-neutral solutions to safely remove dirt and allergens from solid and engineered hardwood. The process includes vacuum extraction to minimize residual moisture, preventing warping or swelling. Optional protective polish application creates a barrier against future stains while enhancing natural wood luster. This method preserves floor integrity while achieving deeper cleaning than traditional mopping techniques.
Commercial Cleaning
Tailored cleaning solutions for offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities using industrial-grade equipment that minimizes downtime. Our HCE method allows businesses to resume operations within hours, with 80% less water usage than steam cleaning. Services include stain protection, allergen reduction, and deodorization treatments to maintain professional environments. We accommodate multi-location accounts with consistent quality control and flexible scheduling for after-hours service.
Specialty Stain Removal
Advanced stain removal for challenging substances like wine, blood, and permanent marker using targeted enzymatic and oxidizing agents. Our technicians apply specialized pre-treatments before HCE cleaning to break down stubborn stains at the molecular level. The process includes protective fiber treatments to resist future staining. We handle high-traffic areas and delicate fabrics with customized solutions, guaranteeing results or offering no-charge follow-up treatments for persistent stains.

I cannot comment on this chem dry company due to the fact I've never used them and reached out to several chem dry companies but unfortunately they're drying up. There's no one in my area to do my carpets which is very unfortunate. I used to use chem dry back in the day and it was fabulous.

I have used Chem-dry of Wooster for over 20 years for our home and our rental units and they never disappoint! I have always requested the same technician as he takes pride in his work, always going that extra bit to get the backs of the steps and along the base of the walls. We truly appreciate Johns hard work and making sure we are satisfied with each room before he leaves. There are many times when a tenant moves that Im sure we would be ripping out carpet bc it is so badly soiled and the technician works his magic and it once again looks new! I would recommend Chem Dry of Wooster to anyone for your carpet needs!
