Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) process deeply cleans carpets, removing dirt and allergens while using 80% less water for faster drying. The carbonated solution lifts grime, leaving carpets refreshed and healthier. Ideal for households with pets or allergies, this method extends carpet life and maintains vibrant appearance.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets urine crystals at the molecular level, eliminating odors permanently. The process uses UV light to detect hidden stains and penetrates deep into padding and subfloors. Safe for pets and children, it prevents recurring accidents by destroying odor-causing bacteria.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for Oriental, Persian, and synthetic rugs using gentle immersion techniques. The process removes up to 87 pounds of embedded dirt without damaging fibers. Includes fringe grooming, stain protection, and a 14-day turnaround with guaranteed satisfaction for delicate or antique pieces.
Granite Countertop Renewal
Non-toxic solutions restore granite's luster by removing grime and resealing surfaces. The four-step process includes polishing and sealing to protect against stains and etching. Enhances durability and appearance while maintaining food-safe surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Low-moisture cleaning removes dirt and allergens from hardwood and engineered floors. Counter-rotating brushes ensure even cleaning without damage, followed by a protective polish. Prevents warping and extends floor lifespan while maintaining natural beauty with minimal downtime.

Tyler & Devin did an outstanding job. They were professional, on time, extremely thorough from explaining the various services and making sure that all stains were removed. My carpets look great. I was afraid that I needed to replace my living room carpet after making it through a total kitchen remodel but it looks new now! Highly recommend Chem-Dry. We have used them several times in the past and will definitely use in the future. Thank you Tyler & Devin!

Andrew was very professional, answered all my questions and did an excellent job! Im giving 5 stars because the last company I used I wouldnt even give 1 star and this was 100% better. Its taking a little longer than expected to dry but the humidity is a little higher today due to potential storms and it doesnt bother me to wait due to how good the carpet looks and smells.
