Questions
What makes Chem-Dry's cleaning method different from steam cleaning?
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction uses 80% less water and carbonation to lift dirt, drying carpets in hours instead of days while avoiding soapy residues.
How does the Pet Urine Removal Treatment work?
P.U.R.T. breaks down urine crystals at a molecular level, eliminating odors permanently rather than masking them with fragrances.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for children and pets?

How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
The EPA recommends professional cleaning every 12-18 months, though high-traffic homes may benefit from more frequent service.
Do you offer stain protection after cleaning?

I always have Integrity Chem Dry out once a year. But I was in need of a last minute appointment. The company sent out Justin and Jason late this afternoon to clean my carpets & sectional sofa right before Thanksgivings. I have a lot of family coming over and I was in dying need to get my sectional sofa done. My little one recently got into his rash cream, and wipe it all over my sofa. Both Justin & Jason explained the process and reinsured me that they can get everything out. Let me say they work wonders on getting everything out. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you Chem Dry and will be using them again next year.

They were very prompt and came out and gave me the bid. Then when I scheduled an appointment for the job, they were also as prompt. They did an excellent job. I had called Stanley Steemer, and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude. they misrepresented their coupon and they were a lot more expensive.

Wow! Integrity Chem Dry came out today and did my carpets and upholstery. I can not get over the fact on how clean my sofa and carpets looks. I have a one year old and he his little Cookie Monster hands and loves to use my sofa as a napkin. I just want to say Justin explained everything well on what I needed for my carpets as well as my upholstery, and I took his advice and added on pre-treatment and protectant. I cant imagine using any other carpet, cleaning business.

Professional, friendly, on time. Nice guys that showed up to get the job done. Still some pressure on up-selling different options from initial bottom price. I never get used to that no matter how many times Ive had my carpet cleaned by all companies. I just wish the advertising was super clear and upfront. Anyway. I would use this company again.

I have used Chem dry before and was extremely happy with the results and felt the cost was fair. The last time was about 5 years ago. This time, the cost was 3 times the amount! I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" However, the cost I had to pay for 1 sofa, 4 rooms plus the pet urine and odor this time was enough I could have bought new carpet! We are talking about $2500 here! Waaaayyyyy too much! I will be trying someone else next time.

I am very satisfied with Chem Dry! Ryan did an outstanding job removing dirt and most of the pet stains! I have one dog and a couple of the pet stains had burned into the carpet, but the carpet looks and smells much better! Ive tried cleaning my carpet on my own, but it hasnt turned out like this! I highly recommend Chem Dry and ask for Ryan!

The young man was very professional and polite. He did an excellent job on my carpet and in my opinion he is an outstanding representative of your company Unfortunately I forgot what his name was, he did. Introduce himself and I threw the receipt away so I couldnt look at it for his name either. Thank You Linda Smith

We called Justin Jensen at Integrity Chem-Dry on a Monday and he came the following day. We purchased a new home and the master bedroom carpet was very dirty. Justin told us that the carpet would look new when he was finished. I have attached the before and after photos to show the difference in the carpet appearance after his cleaning. I would strongly recommend Justin Jensen of Integrity Chem-Dry to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Kyle and Robert cleaned & scotch-guarded our large beige sectional and it looks terrific. But the topper is our tile floor which extends thru out our house except for bedrooms. They cleaned & sealed the tile & grout and it looks brand-new, even though its 25 yrs old. VERY happy with their service - Sharp, professional, courteous, focused, and careful w our belongings
