Glenn arrived to the house on time with a smile on his face. He communicated prior to the appointment letting me know what time he would be here and he was right on time. He had a great personality and did an exceptional job cleaning up our light couches after the young kids did some damages to them. I will be recommending him whenever he is needed.

Very happy with the service! We had a white area rug cleaned that had a bad odor and stains on it and now it looks brand new. The service professional picked up the rug and returned it like new 2 weeks later, which we preferred to having the cleaning done in the house and waiting for the carpet to dry. Very happy with the white glove service! Will definitely use again for some upholstery cleaning needs.

Very Satisfied with the service, the carpet that needed cleaning was in very bad condition due to irresponsible tenants. When I reached out to Chem Dry, they accommodated and gave me an appointment very quickly. I was aware that the carpet was in very bad condition and that some of the stains could possibly not be removed entirely, after the service I was very surprised because the rug looked fresh and clean. Very satisfied with Glenns service! Definitely would use this company again in the future and recommend! Thank you!

My wife and I had them out to clean all our carpets and the tile floor in all three bathrooms. The bathrooms came out fabulous, but the carpets had issues in the high traffic areas of our living room and dining room. Texted Glenn and he asked me to send him pictures which I did. He and his assistant came out and they dry shampooed the high traffic areas and spots which look better. My suggestion that they pretreat the high traffic areas and then do them last. They are very polite with a good sense of humor.

Got my carpet cleaned this morning and Glenn and his team did a great job. He confirmed the day before, texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would, very friendly guy. My room feels so much cleaner and airy but most importantly my carpet wasn't drenched. I could already see my carpet drying within an hour after the service was performed. Glenn also provided tips for maintenance in between cleanings. I would definitely use his service again well worth the money.

Our living room couches are 5 years old and I love them. I didn't want to get new ones because it took me while to find these! A friend of mine recommended using Glenn to get my couches cleaned instead. I contacted Glenn through his Facebook page. He was very responsive and we set up an appointment. On the day of my appointment Glenn was on time, friendly, easy to carry a conversation with, and does quality work. I will definitely use him again! Thinking about getting my rugs done next! Thank you Glenn!

There is zero odor during the process of the carpet solutions, safe for people and pets. I got the cleaning and sanitizing service covering some pet areas. No pet odors remained.
