M&M Chem-Dry

Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method removes deep-seated dirt and allergens while using 80% less water than steam cleaning. The process lifts stains to the surface for efficient extraction, leaving carpets dry within hours. This healthier approach avoids soap residues that attract dirt, maintaining cleaner results longer for residential and commercial spaces.

P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets odor-causing crystals at the molecular level. Using UV light detection, we apply specialized solutions that penetrate padding and subfloors to destroy urine deposits. This 24-36 hour process permanently eliminates odors rather than masking them, restoring hygiene to pet-affected areas.

Our four-step process cleans, seals, and polishes granite surfaces without abrasive chemicals. Non-toxic solutions remove grime while preserving stone integrity. Protective sealants resist stains and maintain luster, extending the life of kitchen and bathroom countertops through professional-grade maintenance.

Carbonated cleaning lifts embedded contaminants from furniture fibers without damaging materials. The low-moisture system dries quickly while removing allergens and preventing re-soiling. We treat both synthetic and natural fabrics, combining deep cleaning with protective treatments to prolong upholstery lifespan.

High-pressure extraction removes built-up grime from porous surfaces. Pre-testing ensures compatibility with stone types like travertine and marble. Sealing applications protect against future staining while restoring original appearance. This service extends the durability of kitchen, bathroom, and entryway tile installations.

We use patented Hot Carbonating Extraction for deeper cleaning with less water.

Mark showed up on time, explained the process in detail and got the job done within 2 hours. He was very professional and friendly. The final result of the clean carpet was excellent as he went out of his way to specifically treat problem areas in the carpet. He gave advice as to how to maintain a cleaner carpet with spot removal and odor protection. We have used this service before and will continue to use this service in the future.

Mark cleaned our carpets yesterday and they look great! He really took his time to clean them. We have 3 young kids and a pet and lots of stains. They were dry fairly quickly after he left. He told us that they were certified green and healthy process. We had previously had them cleaned by Stanley and they look much better after Mark finished, and they were also less expensive. We will call them again the next time they need to be cleaned.

This recent carpet cleaning exceeded my expectations. Between cats and kids, the carpets were pretty stained, but Mark did an excellent job getting them looking great again. Services General carpet cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal

Mark cleaned our carpet this morning in our finished basement and even though the carpet is quite old, he made it look wonderful. We really appreciate your expert and professional services. Services General carpet cleaning

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a real thorough carpet cleaning without all the residual water left by other companies. These guys worked hard and remained professional throughout the entire visit. Services General carpet cleaning

Mark came out yesterday and cleaned the carpet in our three bedrooms. We periodically use the do it yourself type carpet shampooers but it is amazing how much more he was able to pull up out of the carpet. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and personable. Hes more than happy to answer any questions and gave me lots of useful information like how detergent that you use in shampooers leave residue that makes the carpets worse. I am very happy I went with M&M Chem-Dry, and I absolutely feel I get my moneys worth. We will be using you again in the future!

Wonderful job cleaning our furniture. I had a sectional, sofa, and two chairs cleaned. Everything looks great! Services Upholstery cleaning

Mark has always given us great service. He is very courteous, personable and professional. We highly recommend him from our experiences. He has always shown up at designated time. Friendly and very professional in explaining all options available. Giving you the choice and not trying to push things off on you that you don't want. We get him to come in twice a year and carpets still look new.

They came and cleaned my in law quarters which I couldn't even stand to walk into because of the pet smell and urine and looks wonderful and smells great. Very knowledgeable and friendly and would recommend to them to anyone

The carpet in our rec. room is over 30 years old. We were going to remove it but it had been glued to the concrete floor. It had also been "blessed" by our dog and even though I had tried DIY treatments on hot humid days you could still smell his blessings. Thankfully, M&M was able to treat the carpet and as you can see from the pictures, it looks brand new! Even over the high traffic area! I would definitely recommend them!

The Owner does a very good job cleaning the carpets. He took longer than we thought but we had a tough job. New puppy in the house and he got most of the stains up and only a few that you can see very faintly.

Made a appointment Saturday and Mark said that they can be here a 9:00 am Monday. They arrived at 9 just like they said, very professional and explained every thing! My carpets are about 11 yrs old and look great once again

Mark was knowledgeable and delivered on exactly what he said he would. He was prompt, fast, and accommodating to our schedule. Our carpets look great!

I reached out to Mark, scheduled an appointment, and had the appointment within a week's time. He gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. On the day of the appointment, he gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived at my apartment he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it. He then got his equipment and went straight to work.

He was quick and efficient at giving the entire apartment the cleaning it needed. He was also very friendly and informative regarding the Chem Dry processes. If i were staying in the area, I would definitely use his services again, and recommend that others use M&M Chem Dry!

I love when Chem Dry (Mr. Minnich) comes to clean our carpets. They always look new, smell fresh and absolutely beautiful. We have 2 dogs and a cat and I vacuum at least every other day. Our golden retriever loves to roll around on the carpets and sheds tremendously. So cleaning the carpets is a must. Thank you for taking the time to make them look great.

Excellent carpet cleaning experience provided by a knowledgeable individual. Especially appreciated advice regarding stain prevention and carpet care. Helpful information provided regarding pet related damage.

Mr. Minnich arrived on schedule and completed the work in a very professional manner. Care was taken to protect the furniture and the carpet looked really nice and clean. Special effort may have been necessary to complete the stairs and walk-through area of the living room. They looked great and my wife and I were very satisfied. We will tell our friends of the excellent work done by M&M Chem-Dry.
