Eric called in advance to let me know he was arriving at the appointment time. He went through the house and asked questions about what I wanted and explained how he was going to keep the furniture up off the carpet while it dried. He promptly started and proceeded to make our dirty carpet look close to new. I really appreciated his hard work and how great the carpet looks.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning from All Pro after moving into a new townhome where the previous owner had a messy cat. I worked with Joe, who was very friendly and communicative. Joe was incredibly thorough and diligent in getting my carpet back to excellent condition. I am fast track trying to sell my home. I called Tuesday and Andrew was at my home Wednesday morning. After the carpet dried I noticed a few eras that I thought needed a little more work. I texted Friday morning and Andrew was back at my house within 3 hours. The carpet looks great! Highly recommend these guys!

We had All Pro Chem Dry come clean our carpets in March 2024, and I really wish we had done it sooner! It was easy, reasonably priced, and they were able to get out all of our carpet stains (even dog stains that we thought would never come out). As dog owners, it was not possible for us to use a traditional carpet steamer that would take days to fully dry, and this carpet was mostly dry within a couple of hours and completely dry within 24. We will certainly use All Pro again when we are ready to have our carpets cleaned.

Fantastic! All Pro did a great job today removing dog oil from my carpet and dirt off my couch cushions. Eric was hard working and treated my home like it was his own. Last year I used Stanley Steamer and this year I used All Pro. All Pro is my company now. They were so much better than Stanley and great prices too!

I booked to have my sofa cleaned. They came out and stated the procedure to clean the cushions when they discovered the interior lining was ripped. He was absolutely wonderful in guiding me that its best I get them fixed first before he finishes. He was already here for a bit and I felt bad as I had no clue. But he was so very kind to guide me on the issue if he continued and we agreed to reschedule once I got the lining fixed. Was absolutely professional and patient.

I was very pleased by the service I received from All Pro Chem-Dry. A representative came out to prepare an estimate and was very thorough in examining the state of the property being sold. I was advised about the need to specially treat areas that had been fouled by pet urine. All during the process, I was kept informed of the status of the work so there were no surprises.

Everything was great! Easy and quick appointment, fair quote and Dale was prompt and did an exceptional job! We have white carpet, two puppies and a grandma that spilled coffee! Need I say more, he took time to hit all the spots and make sure everything was clean! Even though a storm was coming in, he never rushed the job! I was truly impressed! Great Job Dale! We are very happy with how clean the carpet came out! Everything looks and smells clean too! Will call back and ask for Dale next year!

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I moved into a new home and had an emergency that required expedited same day service. I called around to a few company and got these guys on the phone. The customer service on the phone was great and called me back in 15 minutes after speaking with the owner. The owner came out to check the house and my emergency and redirected two guys to help me out.
The operators were friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to leave them alone in my house while I ran more errands. I came home to clean carpet that was dry in a few hours. Keep up the work fellas, youre doing great.

Amazing service! I called in a bit of an emergency at 8am, and there were three trucks deployed to my house by noon! My carpets and tile look so much better! The service has been outstanding every time, from timely communication setting up appointments to great results cleaning the carpeting. All Pro Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning my Crate and Barrel sofa and ottoman as well as my CB2 chair and ottoman. They used scent free cleaning products and Im very happy with the results! After a miscommunication about time, Josh (the Operations Mgr) arrived on-time and was super friendly. My only minor criticism is that some of the cleaning product overspray coated the wood furniture legs after the cleaning. But, I was able to clean it off. I was surprised because I saw Josh wipe off the legs. Not sure what happened? But, I will definitely use All Pro Chem-Dry again in the future. Thank you!

I called on a Saturday morning as a new customer. Don answered all my questions, gave me choices in pricing, and explained services. He said he would try to get a technician out that day. He kept in touch with me all day to keep me informed as to was going on. He then gave me a time frame when a tech would come and readjusted the time frame when tech finished his job before me.
Then Eric came (after calling and telling me when he would be here), took measurements, and again I was given options of services and cost. Very frieindly, and efficientTook less than 2 hours to clean, and the entire carpet was dry almost immediately! Highly recommend! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

They were able to give me, basically, a last minute appt. I was given a time window of when they would be there & target time which they hoped to meet (e.g. 2-4pm, target ~3pm). They met the target time. The owner asked many questions about what I wanted (move out rug cleaning), how lrg of an area, stairs, pet stains/odors, etc. He, then, explained the cost, & if pet stain/odor removers would be necessary, the cost of that. Josh, the tech, came out & explained the anticipated costs if pet problems were detected.
He was very efficient, very helpful & very friendly & courteous. This might have cost me alittle more than some companies but I was VERY pleased with the results & will call them again for cleaning.
