Michael did a great job getting our 5 ton ac unit back to cooling. He recommended replacing the capacitor during the ac inspection but I passed. Should have taken his advice. This company is trustworthy and won't try to upsale you on stuff you don't need. They're straight up with you.

I had a corroded drain pipe leaking inside my bathroom wall. Fortunately, a family member recommended Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning to me. I called them and they sent an experienced plumber who was prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgable and dedicated to thoroughly fixing the problem without any unnecessary costs to me. I could not be happier with the quality of his work and the price the company charged for a service call, parts, and labor! If I ever need another plumber, I will call AP&AC and I won't hesitate to recommend them to others in need of a reputable plumbing company!

Our A/C stopped working today when it was 106 outside, and with a newborn at home, we needed some quick help.

Mike H. came to the rescue, promptly identifying the issue with our damper. He quickly went to get the necessary part from the warehouse, installed it, and clearly explained each step.

My wife and I greatly appreciated Mike's professionalism and friendly attitude. Thanks to him, our little one will sleep comfortably in a cool room tonight! Highly recommend!

When my 27 year old system finally quit I called Active air. They sent Michael out and he gave me my options quite clearly. Went with a new units and Im thrilled with the final result. Nice cool house in the desert!

I have been working with Active Plumbing for a couple of years now because I bought the maintenance plan for my AC and Water heater. Best decision I have made. Carlos who takes care of my water heater and Michael who takes care of my AC are both amazing and straight forward. I also get reminders when the service is due. Because of this both systems are running perfectly even though they are old.

Mike and his assistant were on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. Had it fixed quickly and professionally. They were very knowledgeable and professionally. The price is was fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again. I also recommend this company to anyone.

I am writing a review to praise Active Plumbing but especially the technician sent, Ace. When I called to detail how I was receiving an excessive water bill both the operator and scheduling manager were both aghast at the amount I was charged by the water district and expressed a desire to get this resolved. They reacted as human beings which I truly appreciate.

However it was when Ace arrived that I felt I was truly in good hands. He spent well over six hours at my home walking the entire property and checking every possible water ingress point. When I said I didn't have need for him to check one bathroom he said "I know if I don't check it out I'll be thinking about it tonight." This was a man who cared both about his job, his craft and his level of service. I told him that customer service is a dying art but he certainly should be proud of his. I cannot recommend this company or this plumber enough.

My water heater started leaking and went out in the afternoon. I of course needed it replaces ASAP. I called Active Plumbing and Tony Emmons came out within an hour. He was very helpfully, guided me through the entire process and pricing. I was also very pleases to find that he could do it today! Tony did a superb and efficient job and was very clean and personable. Thank you Tony and Active Plumbing. I will definitly use you again in the future.

Got appointment with Active Plumbing within two hours of calling about my Luke warm "hot" water. Brandon, my service tech, called to let me know he would arrive in 10 minutes. He was very polite, personable & patient, & listened to my hot water heater issues without interruption. Brandon then flushed out my water heater, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Then he noticed my pilot light was out & showed me how to relight. He then asked me a few questions about my hot water heater & suggested I get a magnesium anode rod to prolong the life of the heater. Brandon explained in detail what the benefits of the rod were. I asked for the price estimate & when I said it might be too expensive, he offered to call office & ask for a discount. We discussed a little more about the necessity of switching out the rod & then Brandon went to purchase it. He called again when he was within 10 minutes of arriving. He replaced the rod quickly; we were both shocked at how corroded the old old was, so good thing it was replaced. Brandon talked to me about the maintenance program Active Plumbing had; I said I would think about it. He wrote my bill up. I was able to charge to my credit card. Brandon put a service reminder sticker on my heater for me & I had hot running water again, all within just 3 hours of my initial call to Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Very satisfied with Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning, & even more satisfied with their service tech, Brandon. Thanks, Brandon!

TL was the best guy to repair my AC. He was knowledgeable with all the information for all the questions that I had. He did the job pretty quickly and with good quality. I will definitely recommend him and the company to the other people. Don"t even think twice call them.

Great customer service. They came in to evaluate and next thing you know the next day my new A/C system was installed. Days later I was having floor leaks and apparently the pvc was cracked at the time of installation due to being so old but as soon as I called they came in the next day replaced/fixed it. If you ask they will explain every detail or concerns that you have. Shawn ensures that everything is completed properly and in timely manner. | 100% recommend.

I had a sewage issue over a weekend. Everything was backed up. I contacted Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning and they came out the same day at no extra charge! Tony was our technician and was so friendly and helpful. He had to spend hours working on my situation and resolved the issue. The charge was very reasonable and everyone I spoke with was professional and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Active Plumbing and will be calling them for any future work I may need done.

My AC stopped working in the early hours of a 100* June morning in Vegas. I shopped around and got a hold of Active Plumbing and they were able to show up within 45 minutes to inspect. The tech assessed the issue and changed out a few components, high voltage capacitor and a few other things that they had stocked on their truck already. In all, the job was finished within 30 minutes. It was much cheaper than I was expecting, and I signed up for their yearly service to maintain my rooftop AC system and also my water heater and plumbing needs. I had a home warranty, which I just canceled, (basically to service these needs) since I am now using Active Plumbing.

TL was great! Definitely took care of us today and was able to make us as a long term customer. He was very informative, did his thang and was done in 10-15 mins. Definitely recommend them to everybody!

Excellent service. I called about a heating problem, and within an hour, the tech was at our door ready to help. T.L. was thorough. He explained what he was doing and took the time to ensure we understood why the problem occurred and how to prevent the issue from happening again. I was informed of additional services they offer, but not pressured into buying anything extra, which was refreshing. He answered all of my questions with honesty and professionalism.

Active Plumbing was amazing. We had called a few places for quotes, but our neighbors had Active Plumbing at their house. The two employees came over while they were waiting to give some free advice and recommended their company. After an outrageous quote from a well known company, I called Active. They called within the hour to set up an appointment. They arrived within a few hours and gave a more accurate diagnosis that would not cause as much damage to our yard and pockets. Billy and his son were helpful, honest and quick. We had our water pipe replaced and trench filled by the evening. Carl was amazing with financing and numbers help and really wanted to get us the best deal possible. Was having a problem with my heater and with it getting really cold, I needed it to be fixed. Found Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning online through reviews and decided to give them a shot. T.L. and Raul came the next day and quickly diagnosed there was a problem with my heat sensor. They fixed it and for a very affordable price. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.

I had a major pipe break at my house on a Saturday afternoon, had a great experience with the Active Plumbing Service who showed up quickly and worked into the night to get my repair completed successfully! The whole experience was excellent, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. They are a smaller company in Las Vegas and still have the great work ethic that we all look for in service people, that can be very hard to find in larger companies! I Recommend them highly.

Had a shower drain clog. Called Active Plumbing. Spoke with Maria who was super friendly and she set me up with an appointment for the same day and did it very quickly. Tom came out right away and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had great pricing! Very professional and honest. I highly recommend Active Plumbing!!

I had an old water softener that sprung a significant leak. I called Active Plumbing and Tony arrived within 30 minutes. Very prompt. He mitigated the leak by putting the system in Bypass mode. Being that its a very aged system, we determined that its best to consider replacing the unit vs. major surgery to repair it. Tony kindly gave me information and a quote for a replacement system. Very pleasant experience!

Tony did an excellent job of replacing my mothers water heater. We called late in the afternoon and they had Tony come out to her house within an Hour to look at her failed water heater that had begun leaking water. I thought they would come over to see what needed done and be back sometime the next day. He had a replacement in his truck and offered to replace it that night. He stayed until 1am to ensure the job was completed correctly. He repaired her recirculating pump and several other things that he found in the in the process but honored the price he quoted her. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism and the extra time he took to make sure the job was done correctly. He left the area clean and tidy and everything is working great. I would definitely recommend Tony and use this company again.
