Services
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing services use calibrated equipment to safely remove grime, mold, and stains from driveways, sidewalks, and building exteriors. We balance pressure levels with property safety, ensuring surfaces are cleaned without damage. Clients benefit from enhanced curb appeal and extended surface longevity through our thorough approach.
Concrete Coating
Tharpe Coatings specializes in multi-layer concrete protection systems for garages, patios, and commercial spaces. Our process includes surface grinding, polyurea basecoats, vinyl chip textures, and polyspartic topcoats. This creates durable, slip-resistant surfaces that resist stains and weather damage while improving aesthetic value.
Roof Soft Washing
We employ low-pressure chemical treatments to safely remove algae, moss, and debris from shingle roofs. Pre-rinsing vegetation and using biodegradable solutions protects surrounding landscaping. This method preserves roof integrity while preventing water damage and extending roof lifespan through proper maintenance.
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning combines handwashing techniques with RODI water-fed pole systems for streak-free results up to 60 feet. We clean both residential and commercial properties, ensuring clear visibility and improved building appearance through mineral-free water and professional-grade tools.
Gutter Cleaning
We remove debris from gutters and downspouts using brushes and industrial blowers to prevent water damage. Our process maintains proper drainage function, protects foundations from erosion, and reduces pest infestation risks by keeping roof valleys and gutter systems clear of organic material buildup.
