Remove any lawn, porch, deck patio furniture, grills, or other items you have a concern about; as they will get wet, and possibly be exposed to the cleaning agents used in the process.
Go over estimate of services prior to beginning, to confirm you are aware of what will be cleaned and what costs you are incurring.
If you wish to add services previously not discussed please do so before job begins, so the employees of Capital City Softwash can accommodate the extra time; or schedule with you a new date to complete jobs.
